AMENDMENT NO. 1
On page 2, line 4, after “officer.” insert “Notwithstanding any provision of this Section, any person who rides a motorcycle without a helmet shall wear a t-shirt which reads “I am a potential organ donor.”
This amendment was withdrawn; However it was recorded!
Maybe Senator Hainkel should be required to wear a T'Shirt that states:
I was a Louisiana State Senator
Of course he is going to have a lifetime retirement for being a Louisiana State Senator so what does he care.
What a joke, hah, hah!!!
It must be nice to waste time at work by making little Dumb A** documents such as this. Mr. Hainkel would be out of a job in most corporate environments for presenting such an erroneous document. Does our Legislature not have more important issues? This foolishness, waste of time, etc. would not be tolerated in the corporate world. Mr. Hainkel should be reprimanded (since he is elected he can't be fired). Thank Senate District 6 (New Orleans Area, South Louisiana) for electing such an "enlightened" Senator!
This is another example of why our Great State is in Such a Sorry State!!
